I was actually waiting for two reasons my periods and 1 week not following the diet the maintenence diet
1.first I thank a lot for my menstrual changes after diet I got 3 cycles and I don't have any cramps at all
No pain and tiredness mainly no clots in the flow in the past 3 months. I usually have heavy periods but these cycles have many changes while I was suffering for past 20 years it can't be expressed in words.
one small change made great impact in our family following ur diet is making small changes in our diet as a mother I am very happy my 5.2 year's girl baby willing to make millets atleast 3 times a week without compulsion and 7 days for my husband it's made possible only because of your simple diet chart without any complications and can be prepared easily even in busy schedules.
